Registers someone with no payment (for example, a guest moved from a Club trip). Needs a Command Central sign-in. Booked at $0, takes a seat, and goes to Purple with Payment Status Comp. Never sent to EngageBay. Never on a resident link.

Hosting
Every neighborhood hostname is a custom domain on Cloudflare Pages project platform-mockup.
A trip shows when
signup_group = the slug, active, not draft, not discarded.
Payment
ep-trip-signup-intent charges the deposit; ep-trip-signup-confirm schedules the balance and mirrors to Airtable Purple.
